Pitchers Planet

About Pitchers Planet

Built by a pitcher. Made for a clearer picture.

Practical baseball analytics for players and coaches who want to understand what their pitch data is telling them.

Meet Bailey Blaker

I’m Bailey Blaker, a Division I baseball player and business student at Saint Louis University. I built Pitchers Planet to connect my experience on the mound with my interest in analytics and building useful tools.

Pitch data can tell a useful story, but spreadsheets alone don’t always make that story clear. My goal is to give players and coaches an accessible way to explore a pitch profile, review a session, and bring better questions to their next conversation.

Pitchers Planet is an independent project. It is not operated or endorsed by Saint Louis University.

From measurements to understanding

One pitch

Enter measured pitch metrics to calculate Stuff+ and explore location heatmaps.

A complete session

Upload compatible TrackMan CSV or Excel files to review pitcher and hitter reports.

A useful conversation

Export reports and use the results alongside coaching, video, and what you see on the field.

Transparent about the numbers

The calculator and player reports use the same deployed models. The methodology page explains the inputs, scoring scale, fastball reference, validation limits, and location assumptions.

A score is a model estimate, not a promise of performance. Different Stuff+ systems can produce different results. Pitchers Planet is independent of TrackMan and other analytics providers.

Help make it better
