The terms behind the tools.

1. Using Pitchers Planet

By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Users must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, use the service with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

The current tools are free to use and do not require an account. These terms do not create a subscription or payment obligation.

2. Your data and permissions

You must have the right to use any data you enter, select, analyze, export, or share through the service. This includes permission under any team, athlete, school, employer, or data-provider agreement that applies. Do not submit personal information about children under 13 or unnecessary sensitive information.

You retain your rights in your data. You authorize the processing necessary to provide the requested calculations and reports, as described in the Privacy Policy. These terms do not transfer ownership of your data to Pitchers Planet.

3. Model and performance disclaimer

Scores, heatmaps, suggested targets, and reports are informational model estimates. They are not guarantees of athletic performance, pitch effectiveness, recruiting outcomes, scholarships, or professional opportunities.

Stuff+ and Pitching+ use this service’s saved reference scales. They are not percentiles or necessarily comparable to scores from other providers. Missing measurements, incorrect tags, small samples, and model assumptions can affect results. Read the methodology before interpreting a score.

Location suggestions do not account for every game condition and are not individualized coaching or medical advice. Use your own judgment and qualified coaching or healthcare guidance when making training or injury-related decisions. Do not use a model score as the sole basis for an important decision about an athlete.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malicious files, bypass usage or security controls, misrepresent another person’s identity, or use automated requests that disrupt availability. Do not use the tools to violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Access may be limited or suspended to address abuse, security risks, operational issues, or violations of these terms.

5. Intellectual property and third parties

Pitchers Planet branding and original website content belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the tools and share reports you are authorized to share. Do not present the service, logo, or model outputs as an endorsement of you or your organization.

Third-party software, models, and materials remain subject to their applicable licenses and rights. TrackMan and other names are used to identify compatible data or referenced services. Pitchers Planet is not affiliated with or endorsed by TrackMan, Saint Louis University, MLB, or the NCAA. External websites have their own terms and policies.

6. Availability and keeping your work

The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Features, supported formats, and models may be updated. Results can differ after model or data changes. There is no promise of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continued availability of any specific feature.

Reports are not a backup service. Export what you need before refreshing, navigating away, or closing your session. Keep your original files.

7. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for checking inputs, interpreting results, and deciding how to use them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bailey Blaker and Pitchers Planet are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, including lost opportunities, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Updates and questions

Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Material changes will receive any notice required by applicable law and will not retroactively change rights where prohibited. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
